Subject	whats the difference between all these short shifters?

Message	I ma not refering to any 1 specific but rather the various ones available on Ebay & the rest of the online shops and also some of the people that make them. Case in point. some of the ones online are exactly the same but the price difference is as much as $20-50 for what looks to be the same thing. Only thing I have seen different is the metal used to make them ( T3 vs T6 I think). So what is the difference between a $175 one vs a $75 one? I searched btw
